When I was eighteen, I miscarried. A very scary, physically and emotionally painful and most of all a confusing time for any female to endure. Regardless if a child is wanted or not. Often I have thought what would this child look like, what they could have been. Though, I try not to dwell on it. Today, I have two healthy boys and am thankful that they are alive.

Life Blood represents to me the development of life as a whole. From conception to birth; the relationship between mother giving her Life Blood to her unborn, forming this amazing and miraculous being within her womb.

I am honored to be a part of this incredible exhibition as it tells so much.
